According to the resolution of Shareholders’ Meeting held on 24-04-2020 of KEB Hana Microfinance Limited (Registration No – 101829162) located at No. (11), U Chit Maung Housing, West Horse Race Course Road, Tamwe Township, Yangon Region, we would like to make the announcement to our clients, stakeholders and the public that we will continue our business operation by changing the company name to Hana Microfinance Limited from KEB Hana Microfinance Limited.
